What type of lead time can I expect if I come to Check-Mate?

Depending on the complexity of the job: for prototypes we average about 2-3 weeks; for simple dies we average about 4 weeks, and for more complex designs, it varies between 5-6 weeks and 10-12 weeks.

How many presses does your facility have, and what is the highest ton capacity?

We have over 40 top of the line presses and we are continuously looking for new presses we can add to our already well equipped facility. Our highest capacity is 220 tons.

Does Check-Mate work with plastics?

Yes. Often a product or assembly includes a component that is made of plastic and in these cases we will manufacture all the components.

Our staff will provide support from product development through final product testing. With this in mind, our engineers will consider design aspects that are sometimes overlooked by others and can impact product quality as well as the longevity and maintenance requirements of the die.
